About I'RAISE:

I'RAISE Girls & Boys International Corporation, founded in 2012 in the North Bronx, began as a mentoring program for at-risk youth in NYC. Under the leadership of CEO Shanequa Moore, the organization has evolved into a powerful force for equity in mental health and youth empowerment. Today, I'RAISE delivers culturally responsive programs that foster resilience and well-being for children and families.


About the Role

As CEO of IRAISE, seeking a highly capable, mission-driven Executive Assistant who embodies character, humility, honesty, and respect while excelling in leadership, technical expertise, public relations, marketing, and programming. This role requires a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and executor who can help me drive initiatives, manage communications, and support the organization’s growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Execution: Serve as a right hand to the CEO, handling strategic tasks, managing high-priority projects, and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Technical & Programming Support: Provide tech insights, assist with automation, and support digital initiatives as needed.

  • Public Relations & Marketing: Manage public appearances, media engagement, and brand positioning for the CEO and the organization.

  • Communication & Strategy: Draft high-level communications, reports, and presentations.

  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Take ownership of challenges, propose solutions, and execute effectively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in an executive support, leadership, marketing, PR, or tech role.

  • Experience in programming (Python, Java, or relevant languages) is a plus.

  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
