See Her Be Her (SHBH) Coaching Program is our 90 days targeted coaching program open to all Black girls ages 11 - 19. The See Her Be her Program primary goal is to cultivate Black girls by providing service that is designed to address intergenerational trauma, low self-esteem and identity issues. Teaching etiquette and black excellence.

 

Black girls face many stereotypes that may affect their educational outcomes or opportunities. While they may experience barriers perpetuated by gender and racial biases, this program gives them the courage to reach their dreams.

 

This program is designed to promote self-esteem, self-confidence and skills in young people. Young Black Girls will be paired with a coach who will offer individualized guidance, and encourage/promote positive self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-worth. Black girls will be led in one on one discussions on their aspirations and dreams. Black girls will be encouraged to recognize their strengths, skills and utilize them.
