Hello, my name is Reena Arabella Palero. I am one of the incoming School Social Workers for I'RAISE and a recent graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work. Born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii and attending my undergraduates at Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles, California, I seek to explore the diversity and cultures among various groups whilst finding possible ways to improve their wellbeing and meet their needs or give any support needed. Through my work, I focus on the mental health aspect, specifically for youth, and hope to expand within the Asian community in the later year.
